In 2019, WestJet set out to re-Imagine the digital guest experience. To set a vision for the future and how guests interact with our digital products and services. Prior to implementing a new CMS the following year, our objective was to create a homepage and navigation system that focused on the entirety of the guest journey, instead of its traditional focus on booking flights. We also looked to create a new visual language that reflected our new premium offering and brand.
