Team Lead UI/UX Design

Lead a team of UI/UX designers across a diverse portfolio including booking (web and native app channels), westjet.com and guest communications (marketing and e-mail notifications).

  • Facilitate design sprints/workshops and promote design thinking.
  • Lead design initiatives based on roadmaps considering viability, desirability and feasibility.
  • Manage agency supported initiatives and provided feedback and approvals.
  • Developed design practice around the agile development process.
  • Partner with content strategy and user research teams to promote a UX focussed mindset.
